You define the questions.Every applicant answers the same ones.
Four hundred applicants. Four hundred different CVs — different formats, missing fields, information you didn't ask for. UniformCV lets you set exactly which sections and fields matter to your programme. Every submission then comes back structured the same way and easy to compare — in your institution's branding.
Scattered fields, random formats. Or exactly what you asked for.
Without UniformCV: random fonts, missing sections, information nobody asked for — and a pile of PDFs that can't be meaningfully compared. With UniformCV: you define the fields, applicants fill them in, and every submission comes back in one consistent format with your logo and colours. Comparing 400 CVs takes minutes, not days.
Europass gives you a fixed structure. UniformCV lets you define which sections and fields matter to your programme — and stamp it with your institution's identity. A PDF built around the information your selection actually needs.

Frequently asked questions
Which pricing should I pick?
Annual license (institution pays) — for EU-funded programmes (Erasmus Mundus, scholarships) and HR rounds. Pilot programme (per submission, paid by applicants) — for programmes that already charge a submission fee. The pilot is currently by invitation.
How do I pay?
Via ThePay.cz: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or SEPA in EUR (CZK on request). Standard EU invoice (supplier is not VAT-registered). POs from universities accepted at contact@uniformcv.com.
What if I exceed the applicant cap?
Get in touch and we'll move you to the next tier. Applicants are never blocked from submitting.
Refund policy?
14-day refund as long as your template hasn't received any submissions. After the first submission, the annual license is non-refundable. Per-submission pilot fees are non-refundable once the PDF is generated. Full details in our Terms.
Applicant data retention?
Applicant data is retained for 12 months from submission, then deleted. ZIP + CSV export anytime before that. Data hosted in the EU, GDPR-compliant.
